Mobile clinic fund raising efforts :

Our products

Money matters...

We have started our fund raising campaign to match the 50% grant we have received from the Daniel Langlois Foundation for Art, Science and Technology for the purchase of an education and veterinary trailer clinic. We are seeking corporate sponsors as well as individuals donors interested in contributing to this effort.

We were very pleased to have raised EC $3,200.00 at the opening event of our education facility in 2006 and EC $1,000.00 at Creole in the Park. Other ongoing donations since then, such as the one we have received from The Pegasus Foundation (EC $ 14,000 in 2007 and again 2008), Humane Society International (EC $ 5,000 in 2008 and again in 2009) as well as the sale of our HSOD items have brought the amount of money raised so far to EC $ 50,000.

2. We also accept personal checks and money orders in US dollars at the same above address. However, please note that clearing personal checks from the United States takes about 6 weeks, so please be patient as it will take that long before the transaction appears in your bank account.

3. We also accept credit card payments via Paypal. Just click on the button below if you wish to make a donation using a credit card.

Volunteers matter even more...

Many have already expressed great interest in the Humane Society of Dominica, and it's with great pleasure that we look forward to the time when we will be able to train our network of volunteers. Until then, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know of your interest; we'll include you on our mailing list and will send you regular updates on our progress. We certainly look forward to your ideas, opinions and questions and encourage you to contact us.

We are taking names of those interested in fostering animal who have been directed to us for emergency medical attention; if you are interested in helping out with these animals, please send a message to: info@hsdominica.org or contact us by phone at (767) 440-4080.

We'll contact you to establish what type of animal you'd like to take in and again when a need arises.
